Common questions

I can’t log in / I forgot my password.

Use Forgot password on the login screen to get a reset email. Check spam, and make sure you’re using the email you signed up with.

My progress or streak disappeared.

Progress is tied to your account, not the device. Make sure you’re signed into the same account. If something still looks wrong, email us with your username and we’ll take a look.

I didn’t get my verification email.

Give it a minute and check spam or promotions. You can re-trigger the email from the app. Still nothing? Write to support and we’ll verify you manually.

Notifications aren’t arriving.

Turn reminders on in the app, then confirm notifications are allowed for MoshiMosh in your device’s system settings. Reminders are timed to your device’s time zone.

I subscribed to Shinka Plus but don’t see it.

Use Restore purchases in settings. Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google, so you can also check and cancel them in your App Store or Google Play account.

How do I delete my account?

You can request full deletion of your account and data from the app, or by emailing shinkayoubi@gmail.com. We’ll erase it.

Report a bug or send feedback

The fastest path is the in-app Report a problem option, which can attach a screenshot. You can also email shinkayoubi@gmail.com. Expect a reply within a few days.
